At its core, Dulles Kabob is a family-owned and operated restaurant serving good food fast, accessible to anyone and everyone. Founded in 2007 by the Shoja family out of Purcellville, Dulles Kabob is an extension of the local Loudoun community. In 2011 the Shoja family relocated to Aldie to be closer to their growing business. From humble beginnings, Dulles Kabob grew to a booming business, with lines out the door and seats filled on a daily basis.

In 2014, the original setup couldn't handle the demand anymore, so the Shoja family decided to renovate their restaurant space to double the size of the kitchen and add 60 additional seats. Today, Dulles Kabob has been updated with a fresh reimaging and rebranding, but the food and the people behind it have stayed the same all along.
